What Will You Drive


● Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs aligned with CARS24’s sales processes, customer journey, and product offerings.

● Conduct onboarding, product training, process training, roleplays, and assessments for new and existing team members.

● Build structured monthly/quarterly training calendars and ensure timely execution across all hubs.

● Conduct field coaching and on-ground capability-building sessions to improve real-time sales effectiveness.

● Track training outcomes through KPIs such as sales conversion improvement, quality audits, assessment scores, and productivity uplift.

● Maintain training documentation including SOPs, decks, assessments, and feedback reports.

● Collaborate closely with Regional Operations, Sales Excellence, HRBP, and Hub Managers to identify training needs and build targeted interventions.

● Support trainer enablement and ensure alignment with central L&D guidelines and frameworks.

Travel to hubs across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh for training rollout, audits, and field coaching.


What Are We Looking For


● 3–6 years of experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development.

● Exposure to used-car, automotive, retail sales, or high-velocity consumer sales environments (preferred).

● Strong facilitation, demonstration, and presentation skills—comfortable with both in-person and virtual delivery.

● Ability to conduct effective roleplays, skill-based workshops, and scenario-driven training sessions.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and training documentation.

● Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

● High ownership, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently across West India hubs.
