As a Sales Trainer, you will develop and implement various sales training programs for commercial and residential sales representatives. Although this position will develop and implement training initiatives for existing residential and commercial salespeople to elevate skill set and knowledge base, this role will focus primarily on tasks related to onboarding and training new branch salespeople.
