Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver sales enablement content and training programs , including playbooks, guides, presentations, onboarding materials, and process documentation to support Account Management and Partner Sales teams.

  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement leaders, Sales Leadership, Account Management, Partner Sales, and Executive stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with corporate strategy and sales objectives.

  • Own and continuously improve sales onboarding and ever-boarding programs , ensuring new and existing sellers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills required for success.

  • Create and manage sales learning experiences using adult learning principles, incorporating digital content, storyboards, and blended learning approaches (live, virtual, and self-paced).
