Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver sales enablement content and training programs , including playbooks, guides, presentations, onboarding materials, and process documentation to support Account Management and Partner Sales teams.
Partner closely with Sales Enablement leaders, Sales Leadership, Account Management, Partner Sales, and Executive stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with corporate strategy and sales objectives.
Own and continuously improve sales onboarding and ever-boarding programs , ensuring new and existing sellers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills required for success.
Create and manage sales learning experiences using adult learning principles, incorporating digital content, storyboards, and blended learning approaches (live, virtual, and self-paced).
