Job Description
The Sales Training Assistant supports the Sales Training Team in ensuring smooth implementation of all training programs. This role handles logistical arrangements, training coordination, budget monitoring, and report preparation, while also stepping in to conduct basic training sessions as needed. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist trainers in delivering effective sales capability programs.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate and facilitate all FAI training programs (both In-House and Broker Group).
- Prepare logistical requirements for training sessions, including venue/room reservations, training materials, equipment, and other necessary arrangements.
