Job responsibilities

Job Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Training professional to contribute to the development and deployment of regional and local training programs for client advisors, store managers, and deputy managers across all Bulgari boutiques in Japan. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the continuous enhancement of selling skills, product knowledge, and client experience in alignment with Bulgari's brand values and global strategy. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with proven expertise in talent development, distinguished by refined interpersonal skills and the ability to seamlessly deliver both onboarding training and impactful field training in accordance with established modules.

Key Responsibilities:


1.Training Program Development & Delivery:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets.

  • Monitor and follow up on B-Learn (Bulgari Learning platform) completion rates for all boutique staff to ensure all staff complete their required training.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion, sell-through, re-purchase rates) and implement action plans to capture growth opportunities.

  • Responsible for the deployment of sales training to store managers, sales teams, Wholesale team, and travel retail team on selling skills, including brand, and JWA collections, including High-End products.

  • Engage and develop store managers and teams on commercial training topics, ensuring continuous training to client advisors and Store Managers on selling skills aspects.

  • Responsible for defining and inviting the right audience, the calendar of activities, setting the venue, and all aspects related to the locally executed training programs.

  • Responsible for local adaptation, if needed, of the training content released by corporate.

  • Responsible for organizing and delivering the onboarding program for new Client Advisors (CAs) and Store Managers (SMs).

  • Work with the retail team and Store Managers in identifying and developing in-store ambassadors by deploying dedicated training plans.
  • 2.Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping, Voice of the Client, Net Promoter Score, and Voice of the Team CX measurement and insight programs in strong coordination with Retail Managers, and Store Managers.

  • Spend time in stores, providing on-the-spot coaching and support to store personnel. Traveling often is required.

  • Identify the training needs of Store Managers/sales force, and provide recommendations for improvements to optimize training tools.
  • 3. Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Support the Store Manager to become an effective team leader able to coach the team towards an excellent client experience.

  • Participation in the train-the-trainer sessions organized by the corporate training department.
  • Profile

    Qualifications:


    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.


    Experience:

  • Proven experience as a trainer in LVMH or a comparable luxury maison, with a track record of creating and delivering onboarding training programs.

  • Alternatively, significant management experience within a luxury maison similar to Bulgari, demonstrating the ability to conduct effective field training based on existing modules.

  • Experience managing retail boutique operations is a plus.

  • Strong vendor and partner management skills.
