You'll partner with sales leadership to assess needs, design impactful training programs, and ultimately supercharge sales effectiveness and production. This will report directly to the Director, L&D and be based in Lexington, KY. This is a hybrid role and you’ll be on-site 4 days per week. What You’ll Be Doing:
