The Launch Sales Development Program is a comprehensive initiative tailored to equip college graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a licensed Loan Advisor within the mortgage industry. This program provides participants with opportunities for professional growth, including soft skills training, sales training, networking opportunities with exposure to industry leaders, and the acquisition of essential certifications, such as the Act Federal and State-specific licensing exams.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
