Job Purpose
The Team Leader – Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve business targets, drive revenue growth, ensure process adherence, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Should be able to create a good rapport with HNI and UHNI clients
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and monitor individual performance
- Drive lead allocation, follow-ups, and closures to improve conversion ratios
- Coach and mentor team members through regular training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Track sales MIS, productivity reports, and pipeline health
