Job Purpose : This role will be responsible in ensuring that all Telesales Enrollment are compliant with AXA, Metrobank and IC Standards.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that all sales by BPO agents are in accordance with the approved Telesales spiels through call listening and validation. Alignment with BPO Sales validation Team on the agreed implementation of Telesales quality standards Achieve the agreed percentage of Sales verification Ensure that invalid sales are cured within agreed time frames Perform joint quality training with Sales team and BPO agents Assist in handling after-sales inquiries or concerns from clients via call and email Issuance of Certificate of Insurance to insured members within TAT Your Profile Experience and Qualifications:
