Job Description

Job Purpose : This role will be responsible in ensuring that all Telesales Enrollment are compliant with AXA, Metrobank and IC Standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all sales by BPO agents are in accordance with the approved Telesales spiels through call listening and validation.
  • Alignment with BPO Sales validation Team on the agreed implementation of Telesales quality standards
  • Achieve the agreed percentage of Sales verification
  • Ensure that invalid sales are cured within agreed time frames
  • Perform joint quality training with Sales team and BPO agents
  • Assist in handling after-sales inquiries or concerns from clients via call and email
  • Issuance of Certificate of Insurance to insured members within TAT

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
