Job Description

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
- Drives new business opportunities within the assigned account base to expand revenue and improve profitability.
- Collaborates with Operations and clients to identify new service offerings and/or increase market share with existing clients.
- Provides leadership for cross-departmental teams on all contract renewals, negotiations, and client proposals.
- Support and motivate Operations to introduce solutions based on understanding of clients' business needs and Alorica's capabilities.
- Ensures performance issues are appropriately escalated and resolved through the implementation of action plans and/or process improvements
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of proven managerial experience is required within Alorica. Advanced English level.
