This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment while implementing DevOps practices to enhance our CRM implementation . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, DevOps methodologies, and cloud technologies.
- Key Initiatives
- Setup User Access , Permission & roles across Organization based on the system requirement
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and system architects to gather integration requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations within internal team and raise with SF if required.
- Work with database and other system team to help and support the integration with SF tools .
