Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled E2E Tester Salesforce Admin to join our innovative IT team. This role focuses on automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and seamless integration of internal databases and legacy systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud . The candidate must have a strong background in test automation, DevOps practices, cloud technologies , and Salesforce ecosystem administration.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Automation:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source or commercial tools.
• Implement integration, regression, performance, and unit testing for Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain automation frameworks and ensure test coverage across systems.

Integration & CI/CD:

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Docker.
• Ensure seamless integration between internal databases, legacy systems, and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with database and other system teams to support integration with Salesforce tools.

Performance & Optimization:

• Optimize Salesforce configurations, integrations, and deployments for performance and scalability.
• Continuously monitor mobile application performance to meet user expectations.
• Drive improvements in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and architects to translate requirements into test cases.
• Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and maintain documentation of test plans and processes.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related technical issues, escalating to Salesforce support when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices.
• At least 1 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in large-scale software implementations (high transaction volume, high availability).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Salesforce PD Certification (mandatory)
• Cloud platform experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker.
• API integration experience with legacy systems.
