We are seeking a skilled Junior Salesforce Administrator to assist in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform while supporting data analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to enhance processes, enable users, and promote a data-driven culture. This role will also support system implementations, integrations, and user training.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain user permissions, workflows, automation, and overall platform integrity.
+ Support Salesforce implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
+ Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver automation and reporting solutions.
+ Partner with the Continuous Improvement team on Salesforce enhancement initiatives.
+ Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and drive adoption of Salesforce tools and processes.
