Job Description

Working for this fast-paced services organisation as the Salesforce Administrator/Analyst you will be the key point of contact for all things Salesforce and act as the SME for the organisation.

Key activities

  • Perform administration of Salesforce including configuration, creation of custom objects and fields, modifying record types, page layouts and related lists
  • Investigate and analyse issues, identify causes, and deliver solutions
  • Produce monthly customer reporting using data from multiple sources (including outside Salesforce). Identify data inaccuracies and introduce controls to improve data integrity
  • Plan, create and conduct Salesforce training for users in partnership with People & Culture
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies to support the growth and strategic direction of the organisation
  • Act as data champion and ensure Salesforce training as a power user
