About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will maintain, enhance, and optimise ourSalesforce platform to support organisational needs. Your work will includemanaging users, data, security settings, workflows, and system configuration toensure the platform is reliable and efficient. You’ll create meaningful reportsand dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations and deploymentsacross multiple environments. Your contribution will help teams make informeddecisions and deliver high‑quality services.

This role suits someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving,improving systems, and working closely with stakeholders. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams use Salesforce tostreamline processes, strengthen data quality, and drive continuousimprovement.

About You

You enjoy working where technology and people meet, and you bring solidSalesforce administration experience with a proactive, solutions‑focusedmindset. You communicate clearly, adapt to different audiences, and take pridein delivering quality work.

You hold a relevant IT or Computer Science degree and aSalesforce Administrator certification, with advanced certifications viewedfavourably. You’re confident working across multiple environments, maintainingdata integrity, and staying current with new Salesforce features. Experiencewith Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or Agile methodologies is anadvantage.
