**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the organization.
- Manage user access and security settings within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data stored in Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality.
- Work with the Internal Salesforce team such as the Salesforce Lead, Business Analyst and configurator, to assist with requests, adjustments to the platform and new processes.
