Job Description

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize a high-volume Salesforce environment supporting 400+ users across Sales and Service Cloud. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and requires someone who can act as a strategic partner to the business, owning the platform, building scalable automations, and continuously improving Salesforce processes.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and help define the Salesforce roadmap while ensuring system stability and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support a large-scale Salesforce org (400+ users) across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Perform all core Salesforce admin tasks: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
  • Design, build, and maintain Flows and automations following scalability and best practices.
