**Salesforce Platform Administrator (Platforms Team)**

The Digital Office is a service-centric organization. Within this, the Platforms Team is the foundational pillar that ensures our core technology stacks are secure, scalable, and resilient.



We are looking for a **Salesforce Platform Administrator** to join us. Unlike a functional admin who focuses on specific business processes (like Sales or Service), you will focus on the **health and architecture of the Salesforce Org itself** .



You will act as the "Guardian of the Platform," managing the underlying infrastructure, security models, release pipelines (DevOps), and environment strategy that allow our functional teams to build fast without breaking things.

+ **DevOps & Release Management:** Own the release lifecycle. You will manage the deployment of metadata across environments (Dev to QA to UAT to Prod) using DevOps tools (e.g., **Copado, Gearset** , or Flosum), ensuring no code conflicts or overwrites occur between teams.

+ **Environment Strategy:** Manage the lifecycle of our Sandboxes. You are responsible for refreshing schedules, data masking, and seeding data to ensure developers and QAs have the right environments to work in.

+ **Security & Access Governance:** Maintain the integrity of our security model. You will manage Org-wide settings, SSO configurations, Shield encryption, High-Assurance sessions, and audit the usage of Profiles and Permission Sets to adhere to the Principle of Least Privilege.

+ **Platform Health & Monitoring:** Proactively monitor system performance. You will track API usage limits, storage capacity, and "Event Monitoring" logs to identify performance bottlenecks or potential security risks before they impact users.

+ **General Configuration:** Manage shared/global configuration elements that impact all clouds (e.g., Email Deliverability settings, Domain management, Mobile security settings).

+ **Tech Debt Reduction:** Regularly run Salesforce Optimizer and Health Checks to identify unused fields, stagnant reports, and legacy automation, driving initiatives to keep the Org clean and fast.



Key Qualifications:



For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:



+ **Platform Expertise:** 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, specifically in a large, enterprise-level Org with multiple workstreams.

+ **DevOps Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., **Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps** , or native Change Sets). You understand the concepts of Branching, Merging, and Conflict Resolution.

+ **Security Mindset:** Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model (Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, OWDs) and experience managing users in a complex hierarchy.

+ **Data Governance:** Experience with data loader tools and an understanding of how to manage large data volumes (LDV) without hitting system limits.

+ **Troubleshooting:** Ability to read Debug Logs and interpret system errors to support functional admins when they hit "walls."

+ **Structure:** You are process-driven. You prefer a clean, documented, and standardized environment over "quick fixes."



**Preferred Qualifications:**



+ **Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator** .

+ Experience with **Salesforce Shield** (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption).

+ Basic understanding of SOQL and Apex (ability to read code to understand what is happening in the system).

+ Experience working in a **SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)** environment.
