Salesforce Administrator (WFH/Mid Shift)

Responsibilities

• Execute the Vision: Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Operations to translate the strategic framework for Salesforce into concrete technical solutions and workflows.
• System Overhaul & Rebuild: Take the lead on executing a full-scale audit and overhaul of our Salesforce environment, systematically addressing and dismantling legacy setups and technical debt.
• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust automated workflows that create a seamless, data-driven connection between our customer acquisition and retention processes.
• Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and security of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
