Job Description: Requirement/Must Have:
12–18 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 9 years in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and development. Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC). Proven experience in Data Modeling for Salesforce and large-scale system integrations. Minimum 3 Salesforce Health Cloud implementation projects (each of 6+ months). Experience working in healthcare domain—especially in payer/insurance space. Deep knowledge of OmniStudio and Experience Cloud implementations. Must have experience working with clients in the USA and managing onsite–offshore coordination. Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and dashboard/report creation. Experience: Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale deployments (10,000+ users).
