• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions from scratch, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and future states, and deliver effective CRM solutions.
• Design and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Oversee AppExchange application deployments and Salesforce package management.
