Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, including case management, CTI integration, omni-channel, and automation.
- Provide technical leadership on Apex development, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Architect and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) with a focus on performance and reusability.
- Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Ensure best practices in security, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
