We are seeking a highly skilled Architect (Enterprise/Solution/Salesforce) with strong expertise across Salesforce (50%) and Azure Functions + Boomi/Mule Soft integration (50%). The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready solutions, lead integration initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Architecture (50%)
Define Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform governance.
Lead Salesforce ⇄ enterprise integrations using Boomi or Mule Soft and Azure Integration Services.
Review technical designs, solution blueprints, and release strategies.
Establish best practices for Apex, Lightning, APIs, event-driven patterns, and scalability.
Ensure Salesforce security, access models, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Azure & Integration Architecture (50%)
Azure Functions & Cloud Services
Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
Set up secure Azure foundations:
Landing zones, network topology, identity (Entra ID), Key Vault, private endpoints.
Establish cloud governance, cost optimization, and Dev Ops practices.
Boomi / Mule Soft Integration
Design and implement end-to-end enterprise integrations using Boomi or Mule Soft.
Build API-led, event-driven, and microservices-based integration patterns.
Define API strategy (contract-first, versioning, throttling, observability).
Work with Azure API Management (APIM) to publish and secure APIs.
Enterprise Architecture Responsibilities
Define target-state enterprise architecture (microservices/event-driven).
Create reference architectures, guardrails, and technical patterns across SFDC, Azure, and integration layers.
Ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, reliability, cost) are embedded in solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, provide design guidance, and resolve delivery blockers.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor teams of 4–10 engineers or consultants.
Collaborate with business, product, Salesforce, Azure, and integration teams.
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, API, Integration).
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Integration Services.
Deep knowledge of Boomi or Mule Soft (one is mandatory).
Excellent understanding of API-first architecture and cloud security.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Power Platform, Dataverse, or data engineering (ADF, Synapse, Fabric).
Domain experience (Healthcare/HIPAA, BFSI, or large enterprise transformations).
