IF YOU ARE

  • An experienced Salesforce professional with 8+ years of expertise and architect-level responsibility
  • Hands-on in delivering Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
  • Highly exposed to Salesforce AI, automation, orchestration, and Flow
  • Confident in data architecture, CDPs, and working with large-scale datasets
  • Accustomed to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud activation
  • Proficient in Apex, integrations, and API-based architectures
  • Well-versed in security, privacy, consent, and compliance standards
  • An effective communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills
  • Certified as an Agentforce, AI Specialist, or Salesforce Data Cloud professional
  • A practitioner of Marketing Cloud, personalization, or analytics (as a plus)
  • Familiar with MuleSoft or advanced integration architecture (nice to have)

  • Architect and implement Agentforce and/or Data Cloud solutions at enterprise scale
  • Design AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Flow, Apex, event-driven patterns, and orchestration
  • Build and govern customer data platforms using Salesforce Data Cloud, including ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution
  • Define prompt design standards, agent guardrails, data governance, and responsible-AI practices
  • Enable Data Cloud activation across Salesforce clouds and AI or Agentforce use cases
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs, MuleSoft, and batch or streaming pipelines
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, consent, and compliance requirements
  • Translate business use cases into scalable, AI-first Salesforce architectures
  • Lead architecture reviews and guide development teams
  • Support DevOps, CI/CD, and multi-environment strategies (Dev, UAT, Prod)
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability for high-volume data and AI workloads
