Salesforce Architect with a Leading NBFC

Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic analysis and technical assessments for new and existing applications
built on Salesforce. Integrating with the current digital enterprise.
Provide Technical Architecture & Design for applications developments.
Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts and
sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements
Work with the team to ensure the Agile & DevOps culture is built at Digital CoE – through
the daily activities of sprint cycles, collaboration-meetings, ongoing inter-personal
communications and expectation management.
Create and own user stories/business requirements document as an outcome of the
requirements gathering sessions. Collaborate with SOS and Delivery unit leads and
Salesforce to vet out Solutions/Architecture for specific use cases.
Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support platform implementations for business &
product’s requirements.
Identify and help build services offerings to support rapid time to value for Salesforce
implementations. And remain current with leading edge industry and technology drivers
and innovations including the Salesforce product set
Analysis and Assessment of existing Salesforce instances to understand the problems,
propose an alternate solution to the problem in applications.
Prepare and Implement data privacy and data management policies in salesforce
applications in line with Google data privacy guidelines.

Status reporting to the Digital CoE Head for ongoing progress tracking, issues &
challenges. Work with the Software Development teams to design and implement new
systems
Run a highly available Cloud based software product on GCP ( Google Cloud Platform).
Contribute to Architecting, Building, Maintaining, and Upgrading highly available software
systems
