Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds and third-party integrations.
- Take ownership of assigned Salesforce solution components, including architecture, configuration, and code quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical designs.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and enablement of internal development/support teams for long-term sustainability of the solution.
- Conduct code and design reviews, enforce standards and best practices across teams.
- Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of multi-cloud solutions, including data flow, security, and user experience.
- Actively participate in release planning, technical roadmap development, and estimation.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep knowledge in configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or others.
- Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions involving integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to own solutions from concept to deployment, including managing stakeholder expectations and cross‑functional coordination.
- Experience in transferring ownership to internal teams, including documentation, enablement, and support handover.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
- Salesforce Application or System Architect (a plus).
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, security models, and data governance.
- Familiar with DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Consulting experience or working with distributed teams is a plus.
