Job Summary

We are looking for a Cabinet & Golden Eye Analyst with experience in implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions for Asset Management and Vision services. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring Salesforce, managing data, and ensuring effective usage of the platform across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and implement Salesforce solutions for Asset Management and Vision Services
• Work on Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports
• Manage and maintain asset-related data accuracy and visibility
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking assets and operational metrics
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
• Perform data analysis, issue tracking, and basic troubleshooting
• Support enhancements, user queries, and ongoing system improvements
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Salesforce implementation or support
• Understanding of Asset Management processes
• Experience working with Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
