Hiring | Salesforce Automation Tester – Copado CRT (Remote)
We are hiring a Salesforce Automation Tester with strong hands-on experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to support Salesforce automation and test migration initiatives.
Role Details
- Experience: 6–10 years (Salesforce QA)
- Copado Experience: 2+ years (mandatory)
- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- Shift: Afternoon shift
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
- Compensation: As per market standards
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT)
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
- Improve automation stability and test pass rates
- Support and clear automation backlog
- Identify automation and QA process improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to QA team
- Work closely with client QA and release teams
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation
- Salesforce application testing experience
- Experience improving automation test stability and pass rates
- Good communication and consultative mindset
Good to Have
- Prior Selenium automation experience
- Salesforce test data management
- Agile / Scrum QA delivery experience
Work Location
- Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai (Remote)
