lient is seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years of experience writing and updating user stories with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves facilitating backlog refinement sessions to complete user story details, define acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members, ensuring stories are ready for prioritization in the backlog. The BSA will collaborate closely with Agile teams, product partners, and business stakeholders to facilitate and document source-to-target data mappings as required.
