Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements, optimizing Salesforce solutions, and driving CRM process improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve CRM workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Configure Salesforce features including flows, validation rules, workflows, and process builder
