Job Description :

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for CPQ, RCA, and Billing projects.

Map business processes across Quote, Pricing, Contracting, Revenue Recognition, and Billing.

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define use cases, workflows, and edge scenarios.

Solution Design & Documentation Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure business needs align with Salesforce capabilities.

Document system integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ERP/Finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as the primary liaison between business stake...
