Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing processes.
  • Map current business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Work alongside Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Product Owners to design and deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, lenses, and data visualizations for key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring features meet business needs and document testing outcomes.
  • Deliver end‑user training, create user guides, and provide daily Salesforce support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed process documentation, configuration notes, and change request logs.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases, recommending features that can enhance productivity and business performance.
