Job Description

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
Working knowledge and at least 6 years direct experience with Salesforce CRM
Basic Experience with Salesforce Apex, SFDC Lightning development using Visual Force Pages, Components, Web Services.
Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User roles and security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
Understanding of data structures and understanding of data migration
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
