**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Configurator to ensure that the platform is customized to meet business needs.
- Ensure that new features and functionality are properly tested and validated before being deployed to users.
- Support user adoption efforts by providing training and support materials as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and features.
