Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering successful Salesforce implementations and ongoing support for a major logistics company in France. You will collaborate closely with a team of 50-60 VISEO consultants and work directly with the client to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions on the project working as Agile Factory set up

RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Gathering:
  • Collect and analyse client needs: workshop planning, workshop facilitation, and reporting
  • Elicitation:Set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments
  • Process modelling
  • Complexity estimation, Macro-sizing / T-shirt sizing, functional feasibility, impact, and risks
  • Analyse and propose solutions while respecting solution standards
