Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst role at J&M Group. The position involves a mix of Salesforce administration/configuration work and business analysis, with the expectation to work across Salesforce activities (BA and some Admin work).

Responsibilities

• Perform a mix of Business Analysis tasks and Salesforce administration/configuration work on the local Salesforce portal.


• Engage in multiple SFDC activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow/form customization.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or SFDC Admin/BA Admin role.


• Ability to handle both BA activities and Salesforce administrative tasks.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
