Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Experience: 3-4yrs

Must have : Sales, Services,Marketing, community cloud.

Industry: Financial, Banking, Educational, Real-estate.

Location: Noida, (Sec-142)

Mode: Work from office(5 days a week)

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

Desired: Applicants from Salesforce cloud partner companies were high priority.

Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce – Business Analyst

• Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience

• Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material

• Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills

• Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred

• Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals

• Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.

Applicants with BA certification and any other is preferred.
