Client: A multinational company dedicated to cybersecurity (team located in the Central US time zone).
- Project overview: Our team will participate in a project to transition from the current Salesforce implementation to a new Salesforce Communications Cloud instance.
- We will work closely with our client to define and execute all necessary elements to ensure the project's success. This includes identifying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), establishing milestones, updating processes, developing a data migration strategy, and integrating with third-party tools.
