Salesforce CRM Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements related to CRM Analytics implementations
• Design scalable and optimized analytics solutions using the CRM Analytics platform
• Translate business requirements into well-architected analytical solutions
• Develop and manage data flows, recipes, datasets, lenses, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Perform data integration between CRM Analytics, Salesforce, and external data sources
• Utilize JSON and Einstein Analytics intelligence features for advanced analytics use cases
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs, data inconsistencies, and performance issues within the analytics platform
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of existing CRM Analytics solutions
