Your Tasks Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and Mulesoft Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our B2C Salesforce CRM solutions Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation Your Profile At least 5 years of experience in software development, administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM / Service Cloud solutions Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools like Mulesoft Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer Initial practical experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA is desirable Openness to using AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows Familiarity with working in agile projects and appreciation for flexibility and dynamism A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and is open to new challenges Excellent English language skills, written and spoken Benefits Flexible Working Hours: Support for work-life balance through adaptable scheduling Comprehensive Medical Insurance: Coverage for employees and families, ensuring access to quality healthcare Hybrid Work Model: Blend of in-office collaboration and remote work opportunities, with four days a week in the office
