Your tasks

  • Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
  • Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and middleware tools
  • Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes
  • Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups
  • Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our CRM solutions
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation

    • Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
  • Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
  • Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
  • Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer
  • You are familiar with working in agile projects and appreciate flexibility and dynamism
  • You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
