Job Description
• Lead Architecture for new and existing business products on the SFDC platform, including Inside Sales console, Territory Management, Commercial Mobility (SF2), Lightning/ LWC migration.
• Develop platform roadmap for capabilities to be added in line with the business needs of the commercial organization
• Own architectural governance by enforcement and evangelization of architectural, design patterns and coding best practices across the various pods are working on salesforce and closely coupled commercial applications.
• Analyze current platform, processes in it and drive strategy for process simplification, reduce customizations, and take out technical debts.
• Collaborate closely with Program management on schedule, prioritization, release planning, and risk management.
• Analyze salesforce release roadmap and align solution capabilities release for the business.
