Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration of data ingestion pipelines, transformations, and harmonization rules
- Build and maintain Data Cloud data models (DLO, DMO, DSO)
- Assist with identity resolution, deduplication, and consent management logic
- Create, test, and validate Calculated Insights (CIs) and audience segments
- Support POCs, solution testing, and documentation for data flow validation
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Data Engineering teams to enable unified customer profiles
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or data-focused roles
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts (ingestion, modeling, segmentation)
- Strong knowledge of relational data concepts
