We are looking for strong Salesforce Developers to join a growing company in the USA.

Location: Fully remote

Minimum English: C2 - Fluent

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your expertise in Salesforce development will drive innovation and contribute to the ongoing success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies

Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce implementation

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations

Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code

Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and leverage them to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Work closely with Salesforce administrators and other developers to support system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts

Document technical designs, processes, and solutions, and provide training and support to end-users as needed

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Jr., Ssr. or Sr. experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
