Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement complex workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data management.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions across environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) for advanced LWC development.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
