Job Description

  • 8 or more years of hands on Salesforce development experience
  • Required experience in financial services, private equity, asset management, investment banking, or a similarly regulated environment
  • Proven experience supporting complex data models, approval workflows, and audit requirements
Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will serve as a technical owner for significant areas of the Salesforce platform. This individual will partner closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to turn high level business direction into scalable Salesforce solutions appropriate for a private equity operating model.

This is not a ticket execution role. The expectation is proactive ownership, solution leadership, and independent delivery based on direction rather than fully written stories.
