Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team in Pune or Mumbai. We have openings for both Mid-level (3–5 years) and Associate-level (5–7 years) professionals who can contribute to high-impact projects immediately.

This is a high-priority hire requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running within 7 days of an offer .


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Design, code, and implement scalable technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • System Integration: Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

  • Customization: Configure complex flows, validation rules, and custom objects while maintaining a "configuration first" mindset where appropriate.

  • Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.

  • Mentorship (For 5–7 yr roles): Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.

Technical Requirements

  • Core Salesforce: Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Asynchronous processing) and SOAP/REST API integrations.

  • Frontend: Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

  • Tools & Security: Proficiency in Salesforce security models, SOQL/SOSL, and deployment tools (SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, Git).

  • Experience Levels:

    • Mid-Level: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.

    • Senior-Level: 5–7+ years of experience with a deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture and Design Patterns.

  • Certifications: Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II) are highly preferred.
