As a Salesforce Developer, you'll embark on a journey of learning and growth in Salesforce development. You'll take ownership of smaller-scale projects and gradually build your expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This role offers a platform for you to cultivate your analytical, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills, while also gaining valuable exposure to business management and leadership. You'll be closely mentored by experienced technical leads, consultants, and project managers, providing you with a solid foundation in Salesforce capabilities and guiding you towards delivering enhanced client experiences. 

What you’ll do: 

Every day is different, but here's a sample of what you can expect to experience and accomplish: 

  • Learn the Specifics about the Salesforce.com Platform features, configuration, development processes and best practices. That includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data cloud APIs and system Integrations. 
  • Delivering the assigned work with very minimal guidance from team leads. 
  • Work with the Technical leads and Solution Specialist to break down user stories into actionable tasks.
  • To lead client conversations on technology topics related to project scope. 
  • Work with Technical Leads for the development of system requirements, design specifications and estimating the work with team leads. 
  • Mentor Associate Developers and helping them in resolving tough challenges. 
  • Develop aesthetic and usable interfaces on the Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Communities, Site.com, and Salesforce1 using SLDS and custom Lightning Components in JavaScript using the Aura Framework. 
  • Build back-end automations and triggers on the Salesforce Platform using Apex 
  • Write SQL/SOQL/SOSL and JSON queries to manipulate data 
  • Ensure coding standards are followed and evolved with project experience 
  • Review the development work consistently and own the quality of the development work 
  • Keep project manager well informed of status of development effort. 
  • Ensure code quality using appropriate tools
  • enforce the best practices and coding standards 
  • Your day-to-day will involve Participating in designing and building salesforce solutions, proof of concepts, triaging and fixing issues, demonstrating built solutions in sprint demo etc.

  • You are hands on in design and development of custom solutions, APIs development, Application Integrations and Data Migration.
  • You are passionate about technology and are driven to keep up to date with the latest functionality.

  • What you bring: 

  • 3-4 years of development experience. The ideal candidate has experience working in complex CRM projects that include building solutions, user experience, integrations with internal and external systems, QA, deployments and maintenance. 
  • 3+ years development experience on Salesforce platform is good to have. 
  • Background of working in mid to large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure 
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall Model. 
  • Intermediate level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data and Commerce Clouds. 
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements 
  • Familiarity with Front and backend solution architecture 
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. 
  • Good verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites.
