Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce solutions leveraging native CRM capabilities
Lead migration efforts to Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
Develop Visualforce pages and components as needed
Build, maintain, and optimize integrations and APIs with external systems
Optimize, document, and improve end-to-end business processes
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
