Job Purpose
The Salesforce Developer will serve as a technical expert within ERM’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role combines advanced declarative configuration with custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring robust functionality and adherence to best practices. The developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, design solutions, and guide the business through proposed implementations. Responsibilities include coding, managing AppExchange packages, and executing deployments through CI/CD processes to maintain governance compliance and continuous improvement across Sales Cloud and related products.Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud; familiarity with MCAE and Net Zero Cloud is a plus.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data management best practices, and governor limits.
Hands-on experience with declarative tools (Flows, validation rules) and custom development.
Proficiency with deployment processes and tools (Salesforce DX, GitHub, Jira; CI/CD pipelines).
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Platform Developer I strongly preferred; App Builder or Advanced Admin desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global, cross-time-zone environment.
Working Model
Hybrid (Gurugram + remote), aligned to global collaboration windows; occasional extended hours for cross-time-zone work.
Late Shifts for extended coverage:
Shift assignments depend on role requirements and global project alignment. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
